At Yigal Arieh, we want every purchase to be made with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer 30-day returns from the date your item is delivered.

Our goal is to ensure every experience with Yigal Arieh meets the highest standards of quality and service.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Our team will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Custom & Final Sale Items

Custom-made, personalized, resized, modified, or special-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return for the original purchase and placing a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
